Michigan - Beach time

Here are some photos from one of our trips to Michigan this summer. We had such a blast this summer with Lucy playing with the rocks and sand and swimming, she loves the water!! And she even loved kayaking! Such a water baby <3

Lately

Nights have been good and bad, and days have been good and bad :)
It's definitely different being on my own with both kiddos and I have to be up and at 'em no matter how my night was....
I think Lucy is making progress with Noah (Nano, as she calls him :)), but she still seems to want to squeeze him, be rough, head butt, etc.
Any suggestions from anyone who has been there? She used to always be good at "being gentle" but it seems to go out the window with her little brother....
Probably normal, but hoping she keeps taking steps forward. She also gets really mad when we correct her and tell her she can't be rough and needs to be gentle or if we say she can't touch him - it can easily turn into tantrum city.
Despite all of that - things have been going really well and we are so happy and thankful, just adjusting to all the new things!

Bringing Noah Home

So thankful we got this photoshoot in before Noah made his grand entrance. We missed getting maternity shots in by 1 day because Lucy came 2 weeks early as well. I love all the photos - here's a large sampling of them.
